Neither information here nor a result from a linked search tool is a consumer report, and neither may be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

4. Outside Links

Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search providers, apply their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, availability, price, or data practices.

5. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that site material is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will work or return correct results.

6. Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions based on a record found through it.

8. Intellectual Property

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page and quote brief excerpts with attribution, but may not republish whole pages or systematically copy content.

9. Term Updates

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision means acceptance.

10. Access Restrictions

We may restrict or block access, without notice and at our discretion, for a person who violates these terms or misuses the service.

11. Massachusetts Law

Massachusetts law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access is governed by the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66 §10, the exemptions and definition in G.L. c.4 §7, cl.26, and 950 CMR 32. No enacted Massachusetts comprehensive privacy statute granting a universal people-search deletion right was located in the research.
